Active shooters open fire in Jersey City. Reports of multiple people dead, including a police officer. A new presidential poll out Tuesday. Is it good news or something else for the struggling Booker campaign? New York City agrees to stop sending its homeless to the city of Newark — at least temporarily. In a new survey of NJ Transit riders, the majority says their bus shows up late at least three times a week. Some take cabs because they’re afraid of missing work. And parents and teachers take to the streets in Trenton in a fight to fund their schools.
