Iran is not letting the black boxes go to the proper authorities for analysis, tells you a cover up is coming. Already bulldozed the plane off.therefore, no more examination possible. they destroyed the crash site seen. therefore, guilty of robbing everyone, of the truth. everyone should sue the pants off of Iran via the UN.

Yes it was a mistake Iran shoots down plane, cause the anti gun knows no difference between commercial and war planes, it was triggered by the presence of the plane in the anti gun radar., but for Iran to not own this tell you they not going to pay relatives for their deaths.

Here's a thought. I've been watching a number of the media's explanations of what happened to the Ukrainian flight out of Tehran that was apparently shot down by Iran. That includes Al Jezera. Saw they're live broadcast with the Iranian head talking about their version of events. One thing I noticed was he mentioned that the luggage for the flight had been removed so that it could add fuel to the plane. Could they had been looking for something in the luggage. Maybe there was someone on the flight that was trying to leave Iran with some kind of information… Read more »

Greetings from Ontario Canada Steve and everyone. Hey Steve and everyone, just thought if I may recommend that you all go to "Truthseekers" website before you outrightly blame Iran for what happened to the plane that crashed the night Iran was at War with the U.S. I just think it might be good for you all and Steve to do some further research before drawing your conclusions as to what happened to the commercial airliner than just believing what the U.S. officials say cause, do you all remember how the Pentagon LIED about 9/11 guys?? Just sayin guys and thank… Read more »

Trust US officials, and the 11 trillion dollars they spent on these moronic "terror" wars to make the establishment rich. Go ahead; have fun with that

This all sounds so ridiculous, you have AA missiles so close to a commercial airport. Military units have no authority to shoot anything down without a command from a higher authority. For whatever reason this was purposely shot down. With authority from a higher ranking official.

First day the US hinted at the Iranians – then no one picked up on that – suddenly the US comes with satellite data…

It was a mistake caused by high tensions. Nobody had anything to benefit from that plane crashing, especially not Iran.
I’m sure Iran is not happy about this tragedy, since most passengers were their own.
A series of events lead to this, including U.S. pressure. Both Iran and America are to blame for this, but that does nothing for the victims or their loved ones.

to be honest, i doubt Iran value human life that much. 80 from their own kind gone is probably nothing to even phase them in government. else they'd send those black boxes back to boeing to check out like pretty much any country does.

I stated the other night in the side chat after seeing the video of the plane going down that there was a high probability that the Iranians shot the jet down thinking it was an American jet.

Iran is refusing to hand over the black boxes. Case closed there is something dirty on them. Does ukraine have any radio communacations from the flight?

Sounds to me..
That iran shot it down hoping the USA "retaliation " would have coincided with the downing of the plane.. to put the blame on the USA..

Remenber: Air France flight 4590, flight of a Concorde supersonic airplane that crashed in Gonesse, a suburb of Paris, on July 25, 2000. The airplane went down in flames almost immediately after takeoff, killing all 109 people on board and 4 others on the ground. It was the first fatal crash of a Concorde in 24 years of regular passenger service
