Gov. Murphy says he’s ready to line-item veto what he called the “pork-and-Christmas-tree” spending in the Legislature’s budget, unless lawmakers come up with some solid revenue. Could you better protect yourself from violence if you hear a gun shot? That’s one argument from Sen. Bob Menendez who’s calling for an all-out ban on gun silencers. Atlantic City officials use some really strong language to describe the campaign to change the form of government. Plus, a compromise to amend medical marijuana rules. Would it be more accessible. Less taxable?
