This was awesome, thank you guys!

Only thing I didn't like is when Aaron called China communist, it's like how USA, or any other oligarchy calls itself a democracy, pure rhetoric and nonsense. State Capitalism isn't communism. But I get the disdain a anarchist will have for statist structures, just don't repeat right wing talking points. Just like how the MSM never call white supremacist attacks what they are, terrorists, or calling out what police do, which is violence.

Hong Kong protesters are trying to stop legislation that would remove the authority of Hong Kong's courts, and allow Chinese authorities to rendition Hong Kong citizens to mainland Chinese prisons and jurisdiction. Personally, If I knew political dissent could get my vital organs sold to the highest bidder on the world transplant markets, I'd be in the streets too. I'm surprised China hasn't already rolled on them with tanks, just like Tiananmen Square. I've watched marches in the streets led by Hong Kong's judiciary. Men and women of letters and law. Not rabble-rousers or finger puppets. The traces of larger… Read more »

I get it. I know he's trying. He's trying to share and be honest. You can see remnants of his past in his speech. But im happy he noticed the negatives of his past.

Collabs with breadtubers seems like a great idea for sharing your ideas with that community.

This was about as expected as a debate with Destiny though.

How would any stateless society remain competitive on the world stage?

What mistakes were made by the Soviet Union and China with the communist government model that caused it to go so badly?

Beau, you aren't doing your interviews correctly. You ask questions, then listen and try to understand what they are saying.

What you are supposed to do is goad them into talking, then start talking over them until you are both just yelling at each other. Just watch the cable networks to see how it's done.

Originally Social Democracy meant both democratic socialism and Marxism, in effect. Rosa Luxemburg defended "Social Democracy" against Edouard Bernstein's goalless opportunism, for instance. Since the onset of the Cold War, Social Democracy and Democratic Socialism have become very specifically seperate things, in tense opposition to each other within left of centre parties like the British Labour party, and the member parties of the Socialist International. This differentiation between Social Democrats and Democratic Socialists is far too important to ignore, or pretend that they're the same thing and it's all Social Democracy, because unlike revolutionaries, whether Anarchist or Marxist-Leninist, they're quite… Read more »

If only everyone realized that opinions are nothing more than the culmination of their life experiences and their current beliefs. People should always strive to listen to other people's life experiences and beliefs and compare them to their own – evolving as needed.

the various positive et groups here now helping good military to free the planet of all abusive, anti-human and anti-gaia elements, will introduce additional ideas for how to run ourselves here that reflects the new format for creation (honor, compassion, equality). anyone trying to still maintain the old format (ascension through abuse) will be "dealt with" by arae. so as we wait for the positive forces to take out the rest of the rogue controllers' underground bases, try to get an info download and keep updated on j'arae essex and frank zhu channels. and love your new format beau!

I don't have the same trust in human nature that is required to make a communist, socialist, anarchist, capitalist, or whatever system work. I'm pretty old, (maybe ugly old?-seventy three), and have watched societal systems in the world start with the finest ideals, only to watch them fall prey to the very power structures they were supposed to rise above. Almost all societies that start with the best intentions eventually succumb to corruption and deceptive and brutal control. It is simple human nature. No one gives up power voluntarily, and the ones that have risen to power become more and more… Read more »

A couple really good things about worker coops – First, it'd mean wide-scale familiarity and practice with consensus decision making, so it can be plausible elsewhere in life and a common skill. Second, it would help move from a property ownership mindset toward one where useful things simply get used and maintained by the people using them, for their sheer use, rather than a sources of commodities or rents with use being secondary.

Is it not inevitable that there would be outside interests? Have there not always been many outside interests present in this former outpost of the British Empire? Would we not expect them to kick up their heels under the current circumstances?

What would YOU resist giving up to live in a perfectly just and moral society?

Jacob

The mistake with installing Communism is a backward country like Russia was that it would be overtaken by the ruthless and the criminal. In a well-run advance Country, Communism would probably succeed, but you have the wealthy and powerful who will resist giving up these two advantages and just become like everyone else. Removing Humans and having AI in charge of everything may just be the solution. AI could force humans into finally becoming just and honest. Soon the newborn would grow up entirely exposed to perfect morality and it would become normal for everyone to always be that way.
