I’m the lucky father of two beautiful daughters and a baby boy. I grew up in a poor, black community in Baltimore. These areas are deprived of opportunities afforded to people from other parts of the country. I’m raising my children in the same community today.

I want to share my experiences as an intellectual living in this environment. To share what it’s like to be black in America. There are lots of things that need to change. I am optimistic because Andrew Yang’s policies will help black communities.
