Based on their mindset those western elites hardly understand how nowadays Chinese system promotes and develops its private and state owned sectors. Chinese continue updated system gives society energetic power, and its quick feedback policies could effectively and efficiently solved the problems. Under such a Chinese central directed development, all the sectors could have their own enough freedom and competitions in the Chinese huge market or even in the world. Meanwhile, Chinese capitals has been under strictly control to prevent it from government decision making, same as dealing with religions. Those are the Chinese main drivers to reach nowadays success.
