SOY OIL Facts
1. The consumption of this fat has increased over a thousand percent in the last 40 years.
2. Over 40 million tons of this stuff has been produced in 2007 around the world.
3. It makes up 50% of all edible vegetable oils.
4. There’s a study that showed that this fat was worse than consuming fructose:
• Causing excess weight
• Fatty liver
• Diabetes – insulin resistance
• Liver damage – inflammation

Used to be, they couldn't call it chocolate unless the oil was cocoa butter, a unique fat that melts below body temperature. They changed the law, so now, they use different oil–but get this–they don't have to tell you what kind of oil they use. They never name the oil, but find a chocolate without soy lecithin. I am sure all or most chocolate is made with soy oil now, probably hydrogenated.

Is organic soy ok?
I use olive oil for all cooking, etc. But am interested if organic soy in products like dressings, etc, would be ok.

Show use how to eat, your telling us what not to eat even my so called healthy food I can't eat. I'm hypoglycemia so I have to eat. You say only eat 3 meals a day for that not alot and I'm told I need to eat 5 3 or 6 small protein packed meals with my cabs and vegetables. So to day I have nothing in my house that I can eat because my organic food still has things like soy in it or canola in it
